Il Perito block location
Il Perito block is located within the undeformed foredeep of the Apennines thrust belt and it is characterised by siliciclastic deposits of Plio-Pleistocene age that lay unconformably on the Mesozoic carbonates of the Apulian carbonate platform.
The clastic turbidites and the carbonates represent the main exploration target and they have already tested gas.
